Ella graduated from NIDA in 2004, the daughter of producer Jane Scott, the theatrical bug caught up with her at an early age and she appeared in the Academy Award winning film Shine alongside Geoffrey Rush in 1996.She went on to feature as a guest on the popular Australian TV series All Saints and was cast in a regular role as Hayley Lawson (replacing Bec Cartwright) on the long running television show Home and Away.
Ella also had a small support role in the 2005 remake of Charlotte's Web, which was shot in Australia and starring Dakota Fanning. Ella recently completed filming the Australian feature Monkey Puzzle which will be released theatrically later this year.
